We require a deposit of $100 to hold an animal with the exception of a direct son or daughter of Renoir Codi which will require $500. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Deposits are non-refundable with the exception being that if something should happen to the animal, the buyer will have option of first choice of animal of equal value and breeding.
We wean kids at 2-3 months depending on factors such as eating, growth rate, etc. Buyer will be notified of weaning date at which time buyer and seller will agree to pickup date. Full payment is expected at that time. We prefer cash or Paypal and payment made by personal check must clear before animal leaves premises. If animal is left past agreed pickup date, there may be charges for feed and care.
We do not accept further responsibility when the animal leaves our ranch. Health papers for animals leaving the state shall be at buyer's expense. However we will assist in every way to answer questions, advise on care of the animal, feeding, housing, etc. Our goal is to provide unsurpassed quality and genetics in your selection of animals and go the extra mile with the end result being a happy and satisfied buyer.
Sale prices on our Codi/PCI's are final as they have been priced at a fair and reasonable competitive market price and may fluctuate accordingly. The codi/PCI imports is what made it all happen...now is the time to bring it back into your breeding program.
